RedSeal Packer: Byford Dolphin October Update

RedSeal are pleased to announce that the RedSeal Packer system has been successfully commissioned East of Shetland on the Byford Dolphin.

The RedSeal Packer System is being utilised as the primary packer system and has been successfully integrated into the rigs control system (utilising the ROMAR Packer Management System). The BOP was landed and the telescopic joint fitted with the RedSeal Packer System energised on the 24th September.

Since commissioning of the RedSeal Packer System feedback from the drilling contractor and operator on the performance has been very positive. Further news shall be released with long term performance and results.
